When death gives you a second chance, how far would you go to rewrite your love story? Quentin is given four opportunities to change fate and save the man who's always held his heart - Eliot. The warmth of Eliot's body pressed against mine is almost overwhelming after so many years of distance and missed chances. The bathtub water surrounds us, moonlight streaming through the skylight above as I finish braiding his hair.

"Perfect," he says, turning slightly in my arms to meet my gaze. There's a vulnerability in his eyes I've rarely seen before, a softening of his usual confident exterior.

"All done," I whisper, smiling at him in the mirror.

He stands, droplets of water cascading down his lean body, and offers me a hand. "Let's get to bed."

In the bedroom, we face each other, the air thick with unspoken words and possibilities. This isn't just about physical intimacy—it's about something deeper, something we've both avoided for far too long.

Eliot reaches out, his fingers brushing mine tentatively before his hand settles gently on my cheek. His thumb strokes my skin, his eyes searching mine for... something. Reassurance? Permission?

"Q," he murmurs, his voice lower than usual, "there's something I need to tell you."
