The party at the Physical Cottage is in full swing when I spot them - Eliot and Margo, standing together near the bar, their heads bent close in conversation. They look like they own the room, radiating confidence and sex appeal that makes my chest tighten. As if sensing my gaze, they both look up simultaneously, their eyes locking onto mine across the crowded room.

Eliot smirks, raising his glass in a silent toast, his eyes darkening with obvious interest.
