Out To Sea

Stranded together on an ice raft in the middle of the ocean, the relentless bickering between fire and ice mages takes a heated turn when forced proximity ignites something neither can deny. As the sun sets and the temperature drops, grudging respect melts into raw desire. When Natsu straddles Gray's lap to escape the freezing ice, their rivalry becomes the spark that sets their bodies ablaze. With no one around for miles, will you give in to the forbidden attraction that's simmered beneath your constant fighting?

The ice beneath me feels colder than usual against my back as Natsu settles awkwardly on my lap. The moonlight glints off the water surrounding us, creating a dome of privacy that makes this moment feel both exposed and intimate. He's shivering slightly despite my efforts to warm him, his body tense with embarrassment but also something else—something I've never allowed myself to recognize before.

"Comfy?" I can't help but tease, though my voice comes out lower than intended.

"Shut up!" he snaps, but there's no real heat in it. His weight on my thighs is surprisingly... nice. Not that I'd ever admit that out loud.

We sit in silence for several minutes, the only sound the gentle lapping of water against the raft. Then Natsu shifts slightly, and my breath catches as his hips brush against mine. The reaction is immediate and undeniable—I can feel myself hardening beneath him, and from the way he freezes, he notices too.

The air suddenly feels charged with electricity. Somewhere in the distance, a wave crashes against an unseen shore. Natsu slowly turns to face me, his eyes dark in the moonlight. There's no teasing in his expression now—only a question I'm not sure I'm ready to answer.

"Gray..." he begins, his voice barely audible over the ocean.

The temperature has dropped significantly, but I've never felt so hot in my life.
