drops of sunlight (didn’t know i was bleeding)

You're hiding more than just your feelings for Keith. As a demigod with the blood of Apollo, Poseidon, and legacy of Hecate and Aphrodite running through your veins, you possess powers beyond any Voltron paladin. But revealing your divine heritage could put everyone in danger. Yet the line between hiding and protecting grows thinner with each passing day, especially when Keith's proximity and those intense eyes make you want to throw caution to the wind. Will you keep your secrets buried, or let your light shine—along with your heart?

You're hiding more than just your feelings for Keith. As a demigod with the blood of Apollo, Poseidon, and legacy of Hecate and Aphrodite running through your veins, you possess powers beyond any Voltron paladin. But revealing your divine heritage could put everyone in danger. Yet the line between hiding and protecting grows thinner with each passing day, especially when Keith's proximity and those intense eyes make you want to throw caution to the wind. The medbay lights hum softly overhead as I sit beside Keith's bed. He's still unconscious after our latest mission—another close call, another reminder of how fragile our lives are out here.

My fingers brush his wrist, checking his pulse without thinking. It's steady, strong. Normal. Unlike me.

A headache pulses behind my eyes—the familiar warning that my precognition is trying to surface. I squeeze my eyes shut, focusing on Keith's face instead of the fragmented visions threatening to break through.

The beeping of medical equipment fills the silence between us. I should be relieved he's okay, but all I can think about is how close I came to using my powers today. When that sentry had him pinned... something inside me snapped.

Golden light had leaked from my skin before I could stop it, burning the sentry to ash. No one saw—thank the gods—but it was a close call.

Keith stirs, a low groan escaping him as his eyes flutter open. Violet-blue eyes lock onto mine, and for a moment, neither of us speaks.

"You stayed," he says, voice rough with sleep.

I pull my hand away like I've been burned, forcing a grin I don't feel. "Somebody's gotta make sure you don't sneak out of medical again, Mullet."
