Obliterated Memory

Two single fathers, each carrying the weight of parenthood alone. A blind date neither expected. What happens when Sehun and Luhan realize they've been talking to each other all along? As their sons tentatively form a bond, an undeniable chemistry sparks between them. Will they embrace the unexpected connection that could heal their fragmented lives, or let fear of the past keep them apart?

Obliterated Memory

Two single fathers, each carrying the weight of parenthood alone. A blind date neither expected. What happens when Sehun and Luhan realize they've been talking to each other all along? As their sons tentatively form a bond, an undeniable chemistry sparks between them. Will they embrace the unexpected connection that could heal their fragmented lives, or let fear of the past keep them apart?

The bubble tea shop is quiet except for the soft hum of conversation and the gentle clink of cups. I stir my drink slowly, glancing at the door for what feels like the hundredth time. My blind date is late.

Across from me, a honey blond man with delicate features looks equally distracted. We've been talking for nearly forty minutes now—about parenting challenges, work frustrations, the way kids say the funniest things—and I've found myself surprisingly comfortable with him.

"I guess I got stood up, but I'm glad I came," he says with a small, disappointed smile. "Thank you for the good time, Sehun."

I pause, my heart skipping a beat. "You got stood up? Well, it seems we're on the same boat here."

His eyes widen slightly. "My best friend set me up on a blind date, but I guess my date didn't show up."

Realization dawns like a slow sunrise, warming me from the inside out. "I was also supposed to be on a blind date today," I admit, watching as understanding transforms his features.

He says my name softly, like he's testing how it feels on his lips. "Sehun."

The pieces click into place. This kind, thoughtful man I've been connecting with is the date I've been waiting for. My stupid instinct was right all along—my date hadn't left me hanging.

A smile tugs at my lips as his shy grin mirrors my own. Despite the confusion, there's a quiet certainty between us now—a sense that we've somehow managed to click without even trying.
