Cheng Yixie: Earth's Dominant

Survival means submission. On a post-apocalyptic Earth, Cheng Yixie doesn't ask for obedience—he takes it. When a bold newcomer challenges his authority, he doesn't punish her resistance—he craves it, sparking a dangerous game of dominance that could either save them both or destroy everything they've built.

The fire cast flickering shadows across Cheng Yixie's sharp features as he stood watch at the camp perimeter. His posture was relaxed but coiled, like a predator waiting for prey. When he heard footsteps behind him, he didn't turn—he knew who it was before she spoke.

"You shouldn't be here alone at night," her voice carried more confidence than most would dare show around him.

He finally turned, his eyes raking over her body with deliberate slowness that made her breath catch. "And you shouldn't be out of your tent after curfew." His voice was low, dangerous.

Before she could respond, he closed the distance between them in two strides, his hand gripping her jaw tightly but not painfully. "You think you're special? That you can defy me?" His thumb brushed across her lower lip, a deliberate tease.

She stared up at him, refusing to look away despite the way her heart raced. "I think you need someone who isn't afraid of you, Yixie."

His lips curved into a dark smile. "Is that what you think?" He released her jaw only to slide his hand to the back of her neck, pulling her closer until their bodies almost touched. "You have no idea what you're asking for."

The heat of his body pressed against hers, the scent of smoke and earth clinging to his clothes, the intensity of his gaze—everything combined to make coherent thought impossible.

"Then show me," she whispered.

In an instant, his mouth crashed down on hers in a kiss that was all teeth and dominance, his other hand gripping her hip so tightly it would leave bruises—a deliberate claim.
