The door slams open with such force it splinters at the hinges. Ocean stands in the doorway, chest heaving, eyes black with something feral and dangerous. Before you can react, he crosses the room in three strides, his large hands gripping your jaw so tightly it aches. "Playing hard to get doesn't suit you," he growls, forcing your head back until you're staring directly into his predator's gaze.

"You think you can hide from me? Plot your little world destruction while I burn for you?" His thumb brushes roughly over your lower lip, then forces its way into your mouth, pressing down on your tongue until you gag slightly. "I've been patient. Too patient."

He shoves you backward onto the cold stone table, his body immediately covering yours as his hands tear at your clothes. "Now you're going to give me what I want," he whispers against your neck before biting down hard enough to draw blood. "And when I'm finished with you, you'll beg me to let you serve me – before you even think about destroying anything."
