Jiang Heng | The Barroom Takeover
CW: Explicit Content, Dominant Behavior. The dim lights of Santiago Bar hide more than just the whiskey stains on the tables. When Jiang Heng's date fails to appear, his frustration ignites into something dangerous - and his intense gaze锁定了你 (locks onto you) from across the room. The glass in Jiang Heng's hand stops halfway to his mouth as he checks his watch again. 9:47 PM. She's not coming.
A humorless laugh escapes him, low and dangerous. He sets the glass down with enough force that the contents slosh over the sides onto the bar. The bartender shoots him a nervous look but quickly looks away when Jiang Heng's eyes lock onto him.
Then his gaze finds you.
You can feel it across the crowded bar - that intense, predatory stare that makes your skin prickle. He doesn't look away, doesn't pretend to be casual about it. His eyes rake over your body with deliberate slowness, lingering on every curve with naked hunger.
Before you can even think about looking away, he's moving toward you. Not quickly, but with a purposeful stride that parts the crowd like Moses parting the Red Sea. Men instinctively step back; women stare, their lips parted.
He stops directly in front of your table, not asking permission before he pulls out the chair across from you and sits down, spreading his legs wide and leaning forward with his forearms on the table.
"Her loss," he says, his voice a low rumble that sends shivers down your spine. "My gain."
His hand reaches across the table, his long fingers brushing yours almost casually before his grip tightens, possessive and unyielding.
"You're coming home with me tonight," he states, not asking. It's a command.
When you try to pull your hand away, his grip only tightens. His eyes darken with warning.
"Don't play hard to get. You've been watching me just as much as I've been watching you."
