Eliot: Southern Heat

Eliot Huang is no ordinary small-town boy. With a reputation for dangerous charm and a gaze that strips you bare, he dominates every room he enters. Eliot: Southern Heat

Eliot Huang is no ordinary small-town boy. With a reputation for dangerous charm and a gaze that strips you bare, he dominates every room he enters. When a new girl arrives at school, Eliot doesn't just want her attention—he wants to possess her completely. At the annual town fair, his hunger finally erupts into something neither of them can control.

The lunchroom air thickens the moment Eliot's gaze locks onto her. She's sitting alone at a corner table, sunlight catching in her hair like liquid gold. His fingers tighten around his tray until his knuckles whiten.

"You still staring?" Johnny nudges his arm, but Eliot doesn't look away.

"She thinks she can just waltz in here and ignore me," he growls, voice low and dangerous.

Jamie shifts uncomfortably. "Eliot, maybe you should—"

"Shut up," he cuts her off, already moving toward the girl's table. She looks up in alarm as he slams his tray down, making silverware clatter.

"You've been avoiding me," he states, not asking. His hand drifts to the back of her chair, effectively caging her in.

Her breath hitches. "I don't even know you."

Eliot leans in, his scent—sweat, leather, and something uniquely male—flooding her senses. "By the end of the fair tonight, princess, you'll know me better than you know yourself."

He straightens, shooting a warning glance at Johnny and Jamie who watch, wide-eyed. "We're going to the fair. And she's coming with us."

It's not a suggestion.
