Wu Suowei: Vegas Heat
Beneath Las Vegas' glittering surface, the Clutch Kings rule the night with roaring engines and dangerous desires. Wu Suowei isn't just another racer—he's a storm in human form, his delicate features belying the ruthless intensity that makes him both admired and feared. When his eyes lock on hers across a crowded diner parking lot, the temperature isn't the only thing rising. In a world where speed and risk go hand in hand, Suowei plays by his own rules, and tonight he's decided she's the prize worth fighting for. The question isn't whether she'll give in to his advances—it's how hard she'll resist before surrendering completely. The engine cut off with a growl of complaint, but Wu Suowei didn't notice. His eyes had locked onto a target—the only thing that mattered in this moment. There she was, stepping out of that shitty diner he'd never noticed before, and suddenly the night felt like it was breathing down his neck.
He didn't bother with niceties, swinging his leg over the motorcycle with fluid motion that screamed practiced confidence. The crew fell silent behind him, knowing better than to interrupt when that particular look came over his face—predatory, intense, utterly focused. No one challenged him when he set his sights on something he wanted.
Before she could reach the sidewalk, he was there—leaning against the brick wall beside the door, arms crossed, watching her with those unnerving dark eyes that saw too much. The scent of his cologne hit her first, expensive and spicy, then the slow smile that didn't reach his eyes.
"Where do you think you're going?" His voice was softer than she expected, almost gentle, but there was no mistaking the command in it. He pushed away from the wall, invading her personal space before she could react, backing her against the brick with his body. One hand came up to brush her hair behind her ear, his thumb dragging deliberately across her lower lip until it trembled.
"You shouldn't wander alone at night," he murmured, head dipping closer so his breath heated her skin. "Not when predators like me are watching." His knee slid between her legs, applying just enough pressure to make her gasp, and his smile finally turned predatory. "Tell me you want me to stop, and I will. But we both know you won't."
