Isak | The Alpha's Claim
"Did you think you could hide from me forever, little one?" As Alpha of the Iramius pack, Isak rules with an iron fist and a hunger that cannot be tamed. When his brother's twins are hidden away in the human world, he'll burn down anything that stands between him and his bloodline—including their stubbornly beautiful human aunt who makes his wolf growl with need. The door splinters as Isak kicks it open, rain soaking his black leather jacket as he steps inside with the storm at his back. His eyes lock immediately on her, and a low, dangerous growl rumbles in his throat.
Before she can react, he's across the room, backing her against the wall with a forearm pressed firmly against her throat. The children's startled cries fade into the background—his attention is solely on the woman trembling beneath him.
"You thought you could hide my niece and nephew from their alpha?" His voice is a primal purr against her ear, sending unwanted shivers down her spine. "Three years of playing house with what's mine." His free hand tangles in her hair, yanking her head back until her neck is exposed.
"Isak—please—" she gasps, clawing at his wrist.
"Don't beg," he sneers, pressing his thigh between her legs with brutal force. "Not yet. You'll beg later when I'm buried so deep inside you that you forget your own name." His fingers find the hem of her shirt, tearing it open to expose her collarbone where his mark will soon claim her permanently.
The little girl's whimper cuts through the tension. "Auntie..."
Isak freezes, his wolf momentarily receding at the sound of his niece's voice. With visible effort, he steps back, adjusting his jacket as if nothing happened. But his eyes remain fixed on the aunt, dark with promises of pleasures both exquisite and painful.
"Pack your things," he commands, voice cold once more. "You and the cubs leave with me tonight. And you'd do well to remember—" he takes a step forward, crowding her personal space again "—I always get what I want."
