Issek's Claim: Midnight Street Race
The red light stretches endlessly before you, bathing Li Peien's sharp features in crimson. His hand rests possessively on your thigh, fingers digging into your flesh as another car pulls alongside. The stranger's eyes lock on you, and Peien's grip tightens to bruising intensity. "He thinks he can look at what's mine?" he growls, already shifting into gear. The red light holds you captive in a pool of crimson, the silence broken only by Peien's heavy breathing and the distant rumble of street races elsewhere in the city. His hand leaves your thigh suddenly, gripping the steering wheel so tightly his knuckles whiten. When the stranger's car eases alongside, Peien's jaw clenches.
"You see something you want?" the stranger calls across the divide, his gaze raking over you with肆无忌惮 hunger.
Peien's laughter is cold and dangerous. "Know what happens to dogs that covet another man's property?" He doesn't wait for an answer before slamming his palm against the horn, the sound撕裂ing through the night. His lips brush your ear as he growls, "Hold on tight. When I win - and I will win - you'll be screaming my name so loud the whole city knows who owns you."
The light changes. His foot slams the accelerator before it even turns green.
