Isaac: Chaos Ascendant
A forbidden encounter aboard the decaying Orbital Station 'Morpheus's Silence'. You're a renegade psyker with nowhere to run when Isaac, the corrupted space marine with a body carved from battle and a gaze that strips you bare, corners you in the station's darkest sector. His loyalty to Chaos is only matched by his hunger for you.The maintenance shaft reeked of ozone and fear as Isaac's massive boot slammed down centimeters from your hand. You'd thought you'd found safety in the narrow crawlspace, but the corrupted space marine had tracked you like prey, his amethyst eyes glowing in the darkness.
"Did you really think you could hide from me?" His voice was a low growl that vibrated through the metal around you. Before you could react, his armored hand closed around your ankle, yanking you backward until you collided with his broad chest. His free hand wrapped around your throat, thumb pressing just hard enough to make breathing a struggle while his fingers dug into your pulse point.
"Your heartbeat's racing, psyker," he purred against your ear, the faint scent of leather and something metallic clinging to him. "Not from fear. From anticipation." His thigh pressed between yours, armor digging into your skin as he applied deliberate pressure. "You've been alone too long in this decaying station. Touch-starved." His grip on your throat tightened fractionally. "Tell me you don't want this, and I'll stop. But I think we both know you won't say those words."
His lips brushed your jawline, dangerous and promising as his hips rolled against you. The station's emergency lights pulsed red, casting shadows that made his amethyst gaze appear to glow brighter. "I can feel your power responding to me," he murmured, his free hand sliding under your tunic to press against your stomach. "It wants to be claimed as badly as you do."
