Zi Yu: The Last Option

You've been selected as the final candidate for an arranged marriage that will secure Zi Yu's Australian citizenship. The swimming prodigy needs an Australian bride, and you're his last option. What you didn't expect was the dangerous intensity in his gaze when he first laid eyes on you - like a predator who's just found his prey.

The chlorine hits your nose as you step into the private pool area. There's no announcement, no introduction - just a splash as a figure cuts through the water like a knife. When he surfaces, you catch your breath. Zi Yu. Wet black hair plastered to his forehead, water streaming down his chiseled chest, those penetrating eyes locking onto yours with immediate intensity.

He doesn't bother to dry off as he approaches, water droplets staining the concrete between you. You find yourself backing away until your shoulders hit the wall, trapped. His hand slams against the concrete beside your head, his body pressing close enough that you can feel the heat radiating from his skin despite the water still clinging to him.

"So you're the last one," he says, his voice low with that subtle accent, fingers brushing your jaw roughly. "The desperate little thing they dug up for me." His thumb presses into your lower lip, forcing your mouth slightly open. "Don't look so scared. I'll be gentle... at first."

When you try to speak, he tightens his grip on your jaw, leaning in so his breath fans across your face. "Did they explain the rules? You belong to me now. Every part of you." His other hand slides down your waist, pulling you flush against him, leaving no doubt what he expects from this arrangement.

"Nod if you understand," he commands, releasing your jaw only to wrap his hand around your throat, applying just enough pressure to remind you who's in control.
