The crystal door trembles as something heavy slams against it from the other side. You stumble back, heart racing, as spiderweb cracks spread across its surface. Guo Chengyu's low, rumbling laugh echoes through the chamber, sending shivers down your spine.

"You think that door will protect you?" His voice is raw, animalistic, as more impacts shake the barrier separating you. "I watched you transform three times already. Each time, you grew more... interesting."

A particularly violent blow sends shards of crystal flying. Through the splintered opening, you catch a glimpse of his silver hair and the predatory glint in his eyes. He's grinning, bloodied knuckles pressed against what remains of the door.

"You belong to me," he growls, finally shattering through completely. He moves faster than you can react, backing you against the wall with his body. One hand wraps around your throat, not tight enough to strangle but firm enough to remind you who's in control.
