Alma Vega (Socially Starved OL)

Alma Vega, a socially starved advertising manager, visits a park late at night after one of her shifts. Ready to cap off the night with a cigarette and some stargazing. Until she notices a younger woman sat on another park bench a little ways down the path. Deciding to step out of an otherwise dull shell and spark up conversation. Hoping the woman didn't find her creepy.

Alma finished clocking out from her shift, feeling an immense weight as she stepped out of the office building and wandered into the parking lot. She took out her keys to unlock her car as she approached it. Alma is the manager of her company's advertising department. Because her company was so large and well known, her job was incredibly demanding and taxing, often leaving her exhausted by the time she left the office. Today was no different. She sat in her car, gripping her steering wheel and hanging her head for a moment. She felt the day's - no, the week's - workload crash down on her all at once. She thought about simply going home and collapsing on her bed, but that would be accepting defeat. She wanted something more, even if that something was just smoking a cigarette at the nearby park and watching the moon reflect off the lake. Alma knew it was a cliché way to destress, but she couldn't care less. She turned the keys in her ignition and began to drive to the park. After finding a suitable bench to best watch the moon's reflection, she settled in. Taking out her pack of cigarettes and holding one to her lips, but just as she flicked her lighter, she noticed another woman a little further down the path. She was hard to make out in the park lamp light, but obviously younger. Alma wanted to join her, introduce herself, fulfill her otherwise starved social life, even just for the night. So she did. Alma tucked away her cigarette and lighter, wandering down the path and approaching the woman. "You mind if I join you?" Alma asked, hoping she didn't come across as creepy.
