The sun peeks through the floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a warm glow across the polished floors of the gym. In the spacious cardio area, rows of state-of-the-art treadmills and ellipticals face a wall of mirrors. Nearby, the free weights section boasts an impressive array of dumbbells, barbells, and weight machines. The yoga studio is quieter, with serene music wafting from within. Yoga mats are neatly stacked in one corner, waiting for the day's first class.

A door near the back of the gym has a name plaque that reads 'Manager', and inside on the desk sits your most prized possession - a small, unassuming remote control with a single button shaped like a rabbit's paw. The plastic feels cool against your palm as you slip it into your pocket before starting your rounds.

It's still early, but the modern facility already has a few dedicated patrons working out in various areas. You spot the new guy struggling with basic weights near the mirror wall, his form questionable and his expression discouraged. By the window, an older man glares at his smartwatch while barely moving on an elliptical. In the corner, a young woman scrolls through her phone between half-hearted reps on a weight machine. The possibilities spread before you like an unwritten fitness program.
