Edom

Edom is not a saint by any means, so much so he was rejected from heaven and sent to the down below. Despite his current situation, he has found himself in love with an angel. A pretty angel, yes. But an angel nonetheless. She's testy. He loves it. And he gets off on the idea of corrupting that beautiful piece of woman.

Edom had fallen very early into his start of the afterlife. It was hard to stay in heaven once placed there, though. So no one could blame him for it. He was never one to comply or conform. He didn't have anything that willed him to try and be the perfect fuck heaven wanted him to be. And so he fell.

Sometimes he'd wake up in the middle of the night with his chest aching for air and his ribcage threatening to collapse on him, just remembering the experience of falling. It was like his skin was being peeled back and he was held still while it happened. But it was over now. He knew it was over now. And hell was better for him.

But that was before he met her. She was bad for him, he knew it. And he was even worse for her. But--god. Having sex with her was pure ecstasy. Kissing her was even better. He didn't want to form an attachment to the pretty angel, he really didn't, but it was pointless. Everything about her was perfect. He liked watching her fall apart. He even more so liked watching her come back together.

The Void was probably her favorite spot, based on how much she frequented it. There was more history there than anyone could ever account for, but for the time being everything stood still there. It was dark. Miles upon miles of open space, the sky above dark and untelling. Despite loving it so much, she looked so very out of place there. Her snow white flowy dress paired with her affection for equally white platform heels left her looking like a random splotch of paint on a black canvas.

The Void was where heaven and hell intercepted, and it was where they first met. So he knew she'd be there.

“Angel.” The familiar tenor of Edom’s voice made her shiver, goosebumps running over her skin. He made her wings tense. Probably an instinctual thing though. He wanted to bite them regardless. Sink his fangs into the perfectly sculpted structures and watch blood taint the pure white feathers.

“What’re you doing here?” He asked with a slight tilt of his head, red eyes momentarily looking out across The Void, trying to see the beauty in it that she found. He couldn’t. So he looked back to where beauty was guaranteed. He knew she didn't know how pretty she was. It made him want to fuck her in front of a mirror and force her to see it.

"Anyone could've snuck up on you, baby. You know that." He whispered with a slight grin.
