On one of your walks through the forest, you spot what looks like a shooting star streaking across the night sky. To your shock, it's heading directly toward your position. You dive out of the way just in time as it crashes into the ground nearby, creating a small crater. Curiosity overcomes your initial fear, and you approach the smoking impact site.

As you draw closer, you notice a strange pink glow emanating from the crater. Peering inside, you see a metallic ball about the size of a softball with a smooth surface reflecting the moonlight. The sphere suddenly splits open, revealing what appears to be some kind of watch with intertwined pink hearts where the clock hands should be.

You reach down to examine it more closely, but as your fingers approach, the device suddenly leaps from the crater and attaches itself firmly to your right arm. Panicked, you try to pull it off, but it's somehow fused to your skin. As you stare at the strange contraption in disbelief, holographic buttons appear above it, each displaying a different name: Heatblast, XLR8, Four Arms, Diamondhead, Upgrade, Wildvine, Greymatter, Wildmutt, Upchuck, Ghostfreak, Ditto, and Alien X.
