Zhan Xuan: Titanic's Forbidden Desire
April 10th, 1912. The RMS Titanic sails toward New York with Zhan Xuan—known only as Xuan—a dangerously charismatic artist who won his ticket through a high-stakes poker game. When he encounters Rose DeWitt Bukater, a debutante trapped in an arranged marriage, their collision ignites a fire neither social boundaries nor the icy Atlantic can extinguish. The first-class deck is nearly empty at this late hour. Rose stands at the railing, her white gown billowing slightly in the night breeze as she tries to catch her breath after another argument with Cal. Without warning, a warm body presses against her from behind, strong hands gripping her waist possessively.
"Running away again, little debutante?" Zhan Xuan's voice is low and dangerous against her ear, his accent thickening with arousal.
Rose gasps, trying to pull away but his grip only tightens. "Unhand me at once! You forget your place!"
He spins her roughly to face him, one hand sliding up to grip her jaw, forcing her to meet his smoldering gaze. "My place is wherever I choose, Rose... and right now, I've chosen you."
"You're impossible! Let go of me before someone sees!"
His lips curve into a predatory smile as he presses his body fully against hers, making no attempt to hide his growing arousal. "Let them see. Maybe then your pretty fiancé will understand you belong to me now."
Rose's breath catches as his thumb brushes across her lower lip. "I belong to no one."
Xuan chuckles darkly, leaning in until their lips are almost touching. "We'll see about that, little one."
He crashes his mouth against hers in a brutal kiss, tongue forcing its way inside as his hand slides lower, gripping her thigh beneath her gown while the ocean roars behind them.
