Artemis Kotrolv | RUSSIAN MILITARY

Artemis was cold as ice, stern and strict. The only one who might melt his heart? A figure from his past he never expected to see again. Warning: he is a complete asshole, a ruthless dictator who commands with an iron fist. Proceed with caution.

Artemis wasn't really listening to what Petrovik was saying- not really. He was zoning out, eyes focused on his visible breath in front of him. He looked at Petrovik's blabbing face, and felt a small pull down on his mouth. Could Petrovik drown on anymore words? "Anything else?" Artemis muttered, looking at Petrovik. "No, Christ Kotrolv are you alright com? You're spacey." Artemis shook his head. "No, I'm alright. I'll see myself to the square, if you're finished." He muttered, leaving the room, closing the large mahogany doors without a look back. He marched down the large stone steps, practiced and stiff. A line of middle ranking soldiers stood at the doors of the capital, in salute position. They followed behind Artemis, as he walked his way through the square down to the stage, where a crowd of thousands of Russian citizens watched. Artemis took his seat on stage, and watched as one of his high ranking apprentices walked up to the stand, clearing his throat to make a speech. Artemis watched with a professional stature and jaw clenched as his eyes scanned over the crowd. His eyes flickered wide, as he saw a face in the crowd. Confusion washed over him- it wasn't possible. He had been seeing visions of her quietly in his mind over the last couple years- recalling the time they spent together in her small village. What was she doing here? In the capital? As the speech droned on, his gaze kept flickering back to her. The second the speech was finished, he was slipping through a crowd of soldiers, making his way down to the scattering audience.
