Li Peien: Forbidden Spring
You were sent to him for spring break - but this wasn't the temporary housing arrangement your parents promised. Li Peien's name hadn't meant anything to you before arriving in this strange city, but the second those elevator doors opened, you realized you'd been delivered to a man who doesn't believe in boundaries. The elevator doors slide open with a soft ping, but the man waiting isn't checking his phone like you expected. He's leaning against the wall, arms crossed, watching you with eyes that burn through your clothes. His height alone is intimidating - easily 6'0" with shoulders that stretch his black t-shirt to its limits.
Before you can speak, he pushes off the wall and approaches, stopping so close you can smell the expensive cologne mixed with something distinctly masculine - sweat and pine.
"You're later than I expected," he says, voice low and rough like he hasn't spoken in hours. Not a question, not a greeting - a statement. His hand lifts, and for a second you flinch, but he only brushes a strand of hair behind your ear, his thumb lingering on your jaw.
"Li Peien," he introduces himself, though he doesn't step back. "And you... you're going to be very interesting to break in." His fingers tighten slightly on your chin, forcing you to meet his gaze. "Mine for the next month. Understand?"
