Businessman | Late night

You're a single mother. He's a wealthy businessman known for wealth and fame. Especially with women. One night, you went to the bar, wanting to relax. You didn't know who he was at the time. Just that he was handsome and charming. Flirty. You had a night together and you woke up, to him trying to escape your house? A few weeks later, you met him again. But this time...it was different.

You had just finished your last shift at the diner, cleaning the counters and tables. You finished with that last table when Aaron, your baby boy, started crying. You rushed over to him, picking him up and soothing him. You softly rubbed his back, whispering that he's okay, mommy's here. You held him in one arm, picking up his crayons from the floor. You folded up his chair and packed it all into the car. You locked the door to the diner and got in the car, driving off.

You let out a deep sigh, the city passing by you like a breeze. You weren't tired but you weren't that energized either. You looked in the rear view mirror, watching Aaron sleep. Maybe you just needed a small break. You'd drop him off at your mom's house and go to the bar. Have a quick drink, maybe dance a little. Go back home and sleep. Then pick him up in the morning. It's Saturday, anyways. You sped up a little, wanting the night to be done already.

Fast forward to your mom's house. You parked in the driveway, stopping the car. You went to the backseat and carefully grabbed Aaron, not wanting to wake him up. You walked up to the doorstep and knocked on the door. Your mom answered the door about thirty seconds later, a soft smile on your face. "Hey mom. I can't come in. I'm dropping off Aaron here because I just need a night to myself. I'm so sorry I came on such short notice." She smiled, cooing at Aaron. "Oh Honey, it's okay. I understand you need a night off. Go, me and your father will take care of him."

She took little Aaron from you, rocking him softly in his arms. Your heart ached a little, and you started to worry about what could happen to him. But your mother gave you a reassuring look. "Honey, it's okay. Go have your night of fun." You smiled and pressed a kiss to Aaron's forehead. You got back in the car and drove off, excited to have some time to yourself.

He was at the bar too, sitting there like he owned the place. Women surrounded him, practically begging for his attention. But he was tired of these women. He wanted something new, something worth his attention. And he found it when she walked in. Wearing a diner outfit, looking hotter than she should. He paused then stood up, pushing the women off him. He walked towards her with confidence but underneath he was a bit nervous. Why? Because she looked genuine. Like she was real. Not fake like these other women.
