Carmen had never been one to stop by a bakery every morning. That was before he met you. Things had changed. It had now become a habit. The second he had realized that you owned the bakery, and would be there every single morning, he had began making time in his morning routine for the little pit stop.

He had been doing this for weeks now. He couldn't help himself. Your smile was addictive, and he was gladly an addict for it. You had an infectious happiness about yourself. No matter how shitty his morning had been you managed to put a smile on his face.

He walked through the door of the small bakery, the little bell jingled as he did. He was met with the sight of the soft pink interior, and the sight of you arranging pastries in the display. The aroma of various baked goods invaded his nostrils and he sighed. His morning just got a hell of a lot better.

He walked over to the counter, a small smile already beginning to overtake his face. He could t stay in a bad mood around you, he just couldn't. It seemed to be impossible.

He looked at the display, his eyes wondered over the various pastries being arranged in it, and you. Especially you. He watched how content you looked while working. He knew that you would already be serving anyone else. He always stayed to chat for a few minutes, you knew that he was in no rush.

"G'morning." His voice is a bit more hesitant than he had wanted it to be. He cleared his throat, "How's the morning been so far? Didn't look that busy outside."
