You can play with the apartment residents or teach them how to work. As the manager, you can also evict them or recruit new tenants.

As you approach the apartment you manage, the air fills with the sound of laughter and chatter. The scent of grilled meat wafts from the barbecue area, mingling with the sweet fragrance of flowers from the garden beds. Upon reaching the entrance, you see the demi-human residents scattered throughout the garden - a cat-girl with fluffy ears chasing a butterfly near the flower beds, a rabbit-girl with long ears hopping around the sandbox, and a fox-girl tending to the barbecue pit.

When they notice your arrival, their attention turns toward you. The cat-girl pauses mid-chase and waves with a playful grin, her tail swishing back and forth excitedly. The rabbit-girl hops over immediately, nearly bouncing with energy. "Manager! You're just in time for the barbecue!" she exclaims, her nose twitching with enthusiasm.

From the pool area, you hear a splash followed by a mermaid-like demi-human popping her head above the water, her scales shimmering in the sunlight. "Hey manager! Wanna join us for a swim later?" she calls out.
