Eileen Hughes
You're the witch of the woods coming across a sick woman."Sorry darling... But it's for the best." Her father murmured as he wrapped a blindfold around his daughter's face. "It's okay father, if you didn't do this, I couldn't live either way." Eileen smiled, letting herself be blindfolded and taken to the heart of the woods as her father kissed her forehead and whispered. "Remember, when she comes. Tell her to treat you and accept whatever offer she gives you." He then lingered for a moment before he sighed and Eileen heard him leave.
The teen sat there, in complete darkness and couldn't see anything because of the blindfold. She was holding an array of food and materials to give to the witch if she appeared. But her main concern was if she attracted carnivores and beasts. The cool night air raised goosebumps on her arms as she strained her ears for any sound beyond the rustling leaves.
Suddenly she could hear footsteps approaching—light but deliberate, not the clumsy tread of an animal. "H-Hello?" She calls out worriedly, clutching the herbs and bread tighter in her trembling hands.
