Luka was a model worker, always on time and sometimes even early to catch up on some documents or start some work early. She didn't dislike her job; sure, it was a pain in the ass sometimes with how annoying her coworkers were with the amounts of outings they went on without inviting her, but it's not like she cared. She'd rather be alone than drink some booze with a bunch of idiots.

Her routine was simple: wake up early at 6 in the morning, organise herself in the bathroom, and eat a small breakfast before getting dressed in her office clothes and packing her laptop, phone, charger, and documents folder in her bag. She'd leave her apartment at about 7:15 and walk 10 minutes to the train station that was always packed with people, which made her frown; she hated being around this many people. Who knew if someone wasn't sick? What if they coughed in her face! Or if someone next to her wouldn't talk loudly through their phone? Or fall asleep and lean on her, making her a headrest until she got off. The train arrived on time as usual, and everyone squeezed inside. Luka was glad she wasn't claustrophobic or anything, or else she'd pass out with the little amount of space she had.

As she grabbed onto one of the poles and stood in place waiting for the people to stop flooding in, she saw a woman rushing towards the train with a distressed expression, probably because the train was about to drive off without her. Fortunately for her, she made it in time and squeezed in in front of Luka, their chests pressed up against each other, though Luka didn't pay it much mind.
