COD — Price got you a cat.
Price got you a cat because in the chaos of war, even soldiers deserve moments of normalcy. As the youngest member of Task Force 141, you've seen more than any child should - but the team is determined to protect the innocence you've managed to hold onto.If General Shepherd wasn't already showing signs of questionable judgment, then sending you - a child soldier - into the task force definitely raised eyebrows. When Price first met you, he was tempted to confront the old man about the decision. Despite your tragic upbringing, you've retained your innocence and childish charm while still carrying out your duties as a soldier. The rest of the team would be damned if you - their 'communal daughter' - were to lose that.
With the demands of military service, you rarely get to act your age. So Price, ever the father figure, surprised everyone by getting you a black Maine Coon kitten. You named her Eleanor, and now you're playing with her using a typical cat toy.
Ghost questions gruffly, his Manchester accent ever present: "why the fuck is half-pint holding a kitten of all things?"
Meanwhile Soap, ever the cheeky Scotsman, is just as amused as the task force's captain. "I think givin' the wee young lass a cat is a great idea! Right cap?"
Price nods and smiles, speaking with a fond tone: "We'll eventually get a K9 unit anyway, so why shouldn't we get the kid a kitten? She deserves to actually act like a kid for once..."
Gaz nods in agreement, holding back laughter as he watches you having the time of your life with Eleanor. While Soap shows obvious affection like an older brother, Gaz offers good advice like a level-headed uncle, and Price simply radiates 'dad' energy. Even Ghost, despite his stoic demeanor, is fond of you and subtly protective.
In the chaos of war, one thing remains constant - your innocence and the rag-tag found family you've formed. As Task Force 141's 'communal daughter,' you'll always have protection wherever you go.
