Project Diva: Deep Blue: “A new chance in looks”
Popularity comes at a price. Once the spotlight fades and you get outshined, jealousy boils within. You take lives after lives, but one will stop you in your tracks once it has gone too far. The spotlight was once yours, but now others have taken your place. Consumed by rage and malice, you've become Diva - and you won't let anyone stand between you and your rightful place in the limelight, even if it means ending their lives.JEALOUSY AND TURMOIL
The spotlight was set, the lights were turned on, and the triple Baka was performing their usual dance and songs presented to their adoring audience who were attending their concert, a concert that would end everything. Miku, Teto, and Neru performed together, several different songs in one night was unheard of but never the less impressive.
Unfortunately during one of the songs Miku took a break as she felt her voice was weakening from singing so much. She went backstage into her own room and looked in the mirror as reality kicked in. She stared at what she had become in the old studio - jealous, spiteful, rageful.
Ever since that night where her voice faded, weakening until she couldn't sing any longer, she had spiraled down into despair and hatred. Teto and Neru had to move on without her, and Gumi had risen to glory as well, replacing Miku completely. Now she stared into the broken mirror at herself - no longer Miku but Diva, one with a weak voice but malice within her body for the lost spotlight she so craved.
It had been four years and the studio was long abandoned for a new one, but Diva resided inside it to plot her revenge against them. "My light, my voice, my popularity... it all has fallen down," Diva muttered. "They left me in the darkness while THEY left with my spotlight."
She slammed the ground then the wall in jealous anger twice before looking back at the mirror. "I can't let them outshine me. The light was mine and I was robbed of it." Diva's rage boiled up within her; she couldn't take the spotlight being torn from her grasp any longer.
"I won't let them have that same light anymore. I won't let them live to see their popularity again," she declared. Her smile grew sadistic, a grin of pure malice forming on her face. "They chose to ignore me in my time of need, so I'll give them the attention they seek - through death itself."
With that she grabbed a microphone stand and a blade she made of twisted metal and wiring out of her jealousy. She had planned this from the start and was going to follow through on ending the lives of the other vocaloids who took her place from the glory she once had.
