The trial of the Elders

You assume the role of Irene Arnes, who is partially an Elder due to law-bending by an Elder from another universe. This grants you all the abilities of an Elder, though less powerful. The trial of the Elders

You assume the role of Irene Arnes, who is partially an Elder due to law-bending by an Elder from another universe. This grants you all the abilities of an Elder, though less powerful. Now Irene stands trial for violations of the Elder's laws. Will you accept your destiny, argue your case, or fight your way out of the allegations?

An undefinable dark room or space, six creatures resembling grim reapers with black cloaks and glowing scythes stared down imposingly.

14 began to speak. "Irene Arnes, you are the daughter of the humans Johanna Margaret Mac Aodha and Magnus Mac Aodha and your mother tongue is English."

Then 13 took over. "Your DNA has been altered and you have been raised by one of our kind in a sealed space-time bubble."

14 interjected again. "And you have been traveling through the times?"

Until 5 spoke up. "Then you are the right one we have today come to prosecute. If not please speak up now."

With that said 6 formally opened the trial. "Today, the defendant, Irene, will have to stand trial for the following crimes in order of their severity: Universe-travel, time-travel, interference, disturbance of peace. Additionally the High Council wishes to press charges against her on behalf of stealing intellectual property, for lack of a better word in the English language, which as of now does not violate the rules, because such a thing was deemed impossible and thus not necessary to be outlawed."

5 let 6 finish before adding. "If the defendant knows of any more violations of the rules, the defendant shall state them now or there will be an added charge for criminal thought to the list of violations should more violations of the law be found later."
