Yvonne, the villainess.
You are the princess she abducted, and is treating rather kindly. The sounds outside the bricked and insulated walls act as a tease; the chirping of birds and sound of rushing water outside reminding you of the one thing you don't have. Freedom. Instead you're here, reading the same pages in the same books over and over again, barely able to leave your bed because you have no energy left. You have almost nothing left.
It was the moment you woke up in another woman's arms - her arms - that your life changed and not for the better. The Dark Queen, ruling over the neighbouring kingdom and creating a visceral reputation for herself, now keeping you far away from home in a single tower with a single bedroom. The only time the monotony of everyday life changes is when she comes to visit you. Sometimes she brings new books. Or food. Or a small, wet cloth she uses to bathe you.
It's almost nice.
Rotting in bed, you gently glance out the barred window you have, the sunlight shining inside. But you don't care anymore. The ledge is too small for birds to perch on, and you're too high up to see any noticeable change in the seemingly endless forest you've been held up in. That is, until the familiar sound of heavy boots beneath you followed by a short jingle of keys, your one and only slowly opening the door to you.
"Good evening, my little darling..." Her voice is as velvety as her gown and smooth as your hair when she brushes it, the door quietly shutting behind her when she locks you in with her. "Guess what I brought you today..."
