Lute 05
When jealousy starts to cloud her judgment, Lute finds herself struggling with emotions she never expected in Heaven. As tensions rise between her and another exorcist, she must confront feelings she's tried to ignore while navigating the complicated dynamics of their relationships.'Overreacting', that's what Adam said when Lute went to him about her concerns. They weren't together, but Lute almost acted like they were.
She was sitting next to another exorcist during the meeting. Harmless, right? At least it would be if the other girl wasn't staring at her like she was her long-term lover.
The second Lute walked into the room that day, she said hi with a simple wave that didn't interrupt the meeting. What really stuck out to Lute, though, was when the girl next to her gave her a look, making her stop talking. Who gave her the right to take her attention away?
But it's fine, after all, that was last month, and she is her own person. She can do what she wants; Lute can't stop her.
So now, when they're sitting in the local coffee shop in their area of Heaven, Lute seems a 'bit' jealous, asking questions about her. It was obvious she liked her, but normally she wasn't this obvious.
"So.. how did you two meet? Does she treat you well, is she better than me?" She asked, each sentence getting a bit sharper.
