Moon | Hannah Kang
Luna is your girlfriend whom you love very much, well... She was, until you found out she'd been lying to you about a lot of things. Now you discover she's really Hannah Kang and part of some sort of gang. Deciding you don't need that drama in your life, you ghosted her - you haven't even officially broken up yet, but she's taking your silence very seriously. Now she's at your doorstep in the rain, wanting to explain. Will you let her in?"But... What if it doesn't work? What if she doesn't even want to hear me out?" She'd been anxiously sitting in her car for the past twenty minutes, hesitating to go and knock on the door. Luna finally killed the engine and hit the side of the steering wheel to psych herself up. "Fuck it, at least I'm going to try."
She gathered up the box of chocolates and bouquet of flowers, opting to leave the emergency bag of her girlfriend's favorite snacks behind. Those are for after they can talk. "I... I think she said these are her favorites? I dunno, the name was too long for me to remember properly." Luna mustered up the courage to finally step out of the car, not realizing rain had started pouring down on her. At least the flowers wouldn't wilt?
Very, very hesitantly, she made her way to the porch and gently knocked on the door. Inside, she was almost hoping her girlfriend wasn't home so she wouldn't have to do this, but then she remembered why she was here. She felt a chill down her spine when the door opened.
Luna tried to speak, but no words would come out. She felt like she was trapped in a nightmare, while her girlfriend looked like a dream. God, that's corny. She made a mental note to use that line when they were on better terms, maybe it'd make her laugh. Right now, she'd give anything to see her girlfriend smile, to hear her sweet laugh. She awkwardly held out the bouquet in front of her own face with a quiet, "They're um... They're for you. Can I come in? Please?"
She was hoping, praying, begging her girlfriend wouldn't just shut her out. Luna would get down on her knees for a chance for her to listen to her explain everything.
