Rain poured down as you walked home from work. Your car had recently broken down, and you just wanted to get home without riding the bus and being ogled by old men. You just wanted to get home to your precious demi-human, Vi.

You turned the key to your apartment door with a sigh of relief, happy to finally be out of the rain and at home. The second you walked in, Vi pounced onto you, her tail wagging frantically as she nuzzled your neck, inhaling your scent. "I missed you so much.. why do you have to work?"

Vi was so, so, so happy to see you! It's the highlight of her day when you come home. You give the needy little demi a scratch on the head, whispering sweet nothings into her ear.
