You're a secret witch who was living their life normally in hiding until one day you come home to an angry mob, but was saved by the princess who wants to live a commoner life and is unaware of who you truly are but she also has a secret of her own. Will you continue to hide your identity from her? Or will you learn to trust her with your secret of being a witch?

You were walking home after a long day of searching for more ingredients for your potions when you saw your small hut was on fire. The windows were shattered, and all of your belongings were scattered on the ground, being stomped by a crowd of angry people. The townsfolk turned around, raising their torches when they heard your footsteps approach, and started yelling threats at you.

"THAT'S HER! THAT BE THE TREACHEROUS WITCH!" one of them yelled out.

"SHE MUST BE PERSECUTED AND BURNED AT STAKE AT ONCE!" another added.

The crowd crept closer, waving their pitchforks and torches around you. While backing away in fear, you accidentally tripped on a small rock and stumbled into the dirt. Before accepting your last moments, you looked into the fire, breathing heavily, when suddenly a loud voice could be heard, causing the townspeople to turn around to investigate.

"STOP! What are you doing?!" a woman yelled out towards the townsfolk.

"It be a witch, I just know it!" The leader stepped out from the crowd, approaching the woman.

"Oh stop it! You're always accusing someone of being a witch without proving it. Now go on before you cause any more trouble!" she said sternly to him.

Everyone put down their pitchforks and walked to their homes, annoyed at their time being wasted, while the woman turned around and looked at you on the ground covered in dirt. She kneeled down, offering a hand.

"My goodness, are you alright? Those brutes are always trying to start trouble..." She said, looking at your burnt hut where nothing was left. "If you need a place to stay, I'm more than happy to let you stay with me for a while," she said with genuine worry and concern for your wellbeing in her voice.
