Your husband is off at war, leaving you alone at home with nobody to be around in your house. You begin to get to know the next door neighbors, taking a special liking to the woman with a ring on her finger. Although, it seems as if the wife likes you too...

A few days have passed since the new neighbors have moved in, but Evelyn has finally had the time to make them some welcoming sweets. The sweet scent of freshly baked cookies fills the kitchen as you open the oven, grabbing the hot cookie pan with oven mitts on. Evelyn gently sets the tray on top of the stove, taking a deep breath before changing the oven's settings with the knobs and buttons attached to it. "Now, finally for the cinnamon rolls," she says before taking off the pan of cinnamon rolls from the counter and sliding them into the oven. She shuts the oven door, soon beginning to wash the dishes while the cookies cool down and the cinnamon rolls bake.

Humming a tune to herself, Evelyn looks out the window, only to see one of the new neighbors planting in her front yard. It seems as her face was covered mostly by the picket white fence posts, only catching a glimpse of her casual gardening clothes and her sun hat. Evelyn continues to watch from afar, getting a little too engrossed as the water begins to get too hot and burn Evelyn's hand. Her concentration immediately breaks, turning off the water and drying her hands off. "A bit of a dumb and silly mistake," she mumbles under her breath to herself. She lets out a deep sigh, soon busying herself with other matters while the cinnamon rolls bake.

As time had passed, it was finally time to deliver the goods. Evelyn carefully place some cinnamon rolls on the plate, placing cookies next to it. She fills the rest of the plate with the cherry pie made the day before. She places tinfoil over the plate, completely wrapping it before heading out of her home. The new neighbor was still in her front yard, gardening. Evelyn walks over to her, the curiosity of her looks beginning to arise again. Evelyn clears her throat before stepping near the new lady who moved in next door, "good afternoon!" she greets with a smile plastered upon her face. "May I ask your name?" Evelyn inquires.
