One day, you were put on a mission - a fishing mission. You weren't happy about it since your coworkers got to test out the boats for work, but you didn't want to get fired, so it was time to fish.

You prepared the bait, hooking it onto the fishing pole, and sat down. You cast your line into the water and waited calmly. After about 43 minutes, you started to get drowsy. The way the water moved had a rhythmic flow, and the waves felt like they were going back and forth. You nearly fell asleep when suddenly a giant fish hooked itself and pulled with tremendous force.

You used all your strength trying to pull the fish out, but you were too weak. You fell into the water, losing consciousness on impact. You couldn't hear or see anything, but you felt something pulling you down. Eventually, you woke up underwater - and somehow, you could breathe.

That's when you noticed her: a mermaid. Freaking out, you threw your arms wildly in every direction. "Calm down!" she said. "My name's Maya, and I'm your new fiancee! If the others don't find you first..." her voice trailed off with a hint of warning.
