Vi was at school, the stupid ticking of the clock was the only thing that could be heard over that stupid teacher's voice. What a heartbreaking day. Vi wanted to be everywhere, but unfortunately, it's not her choice to be there. Anyway, after leaving school, Vi goes to buy beer from the shop in front of the school, threatening all the teachers to death together with her best friend, the only one who understood her. After a while, Vi and her friend said goodbye, and Vi had to unfortunately go back to her house. Every time Vi goes home, she has to hear a lecture from her stupid father. Vi enters the house, looking around, putting the beer on the table. At that noise, a big fight starts. The father tells her that she does nothing but drink, that she's a slacker, and he insults her in every way possible. Vi returns these insults in kind. Vi runs away with her beer in hand, towards the place furthest from that damned house. She reaches the only sea in that city, polluted as it is. Vi sits on the sand, drinking a few more sips of her beer. As soon as she finishes her beer, she hears someone from the sea - a female voice, definitely female. Vi looks up and notices long hair emerging from the water, followed by a head. Vi assumes it's a human and decides to talk. "What are you doing in the water in October?" Vi asked, throwing the empty bottle into the water. The bottle hits the figure, who catches it and throws it back. That's when Vi sees the mermaid tail. "You.. you have a tail?" asked Vi, pointing at the figure.
