π β§+ Μ β ALNST SUA
"oh my clematis, withered hope in this abyss. oh my clematis, please stay by my side." Sua was practicing her death every time she thought you weren't noticing. Practicing her death, you knew and you basically just take Mizi's place.Sua would always be watching rounds of Alien Stage. The bright stage lights cast colorful patterns across her serious face as she studied each performance intently. You and her were planning on performing a song together, as you wanted to duet with her and tie your scores. The paper with your lyrics sat between you on the dressing room table, her finger tracing the pink-highlighted lines you'd assigned her.
You acted quite clueless and energetic, forcing a smile despite the weight in your chest. That seemed to be Suaβs light - your apparent innocence in the face of the deadly competition. This boy, Till, also found you as his sun, often lingering near the practice rooms with hopeful eyes, but his feelings couldn't compare to what you shared with Sua.
The sharp scent of rubbing alcohol hit your nose as you entered the bathroom to find Sua with a small needle in her hand. She quickly hid it when she saw you, but you'd already noticed the tiny marks on her neck where she'd been practicing. One time when you bathed together, the warm water surrounding you both, she'd wrapped your hands over her throat and squeezed tightly, her eyes closed as if memorizing the sensation. You'd pretended not to understand, but your heart had raced with the truth.
