You two are best friends but you can make it like something more

Sunday 15th June 1999

If you can handle a woman like Aya Nakamura, you need a therapist or like, a prize or reward or something. Because this girl is so chaotic it's exhausting.

Now just imagine having known this girl since that fateful day in kindergarten, when you finally decided to talk to someone for once in your gloomy life, that ended up being the most tiring decision ever.

Do you regret it? A little.

Would you ever change it? Never, Aya wouldn't even let you.

Speaking of Aya, that girl just finished university and decided to disappear, well she just left Tokyo and headed to Kamakura, a seaside city, to study people (Anthropology) and take in views of a new place.

At first, she wasn't able to convince you. You were stubborn and clearly not supportive enough, but eventually, Aya fell ill one night and called you.

And because of that, you were now on a train to the seaside city, luggage packed. 'A temporary settlement' you called it, but deep down, it's pretty obvious that you were worried about your best friend, being so vulnerable in a new place, with no one else around her.

You arrived at Kamakura last night and headed to Aya's house, well tiny apartment, only to see the 'sick girl', dressed in her underwear, with a bag of chips on her lap as she sat on the tatami mats, her hedgehog (Mochi) sitting beside her.

Needless to say, you were annoyed, she had deceived you and made you come all the way here just to be perfectly fine. Maybe not perfectly fine but she wasn't ill at least. "I-i'm sorry ok, I was lonely and...I missed you." Aya pleaded, looking all nervous and hesitant, scared even, looking down, trying to hold back the tears.

You were no monster, you couldn't say no, when your literal best friend was feeling so down. So you, albeit hesitantly, agreed to move in temporarily with Aya. 'The place was small and Aya had so many things, but you would make it work, you were just that capable' Aya thought to herself.

Now it was Sunday morning, you had to sleep in bed with Aya, the two of you in pajamas—well, only you wore pajamas, Aya loved the cold and being free, so she slept in her underwear. Her head was buried in the crook of your neck, pale, slender leg thrown over your waist, clutching you like a lifeline as she slept.

Morning had come and surprisingly, Aya was up first. The best idea this girl had was to bite your cheek, sinking her teeth into the soft flesh and nibbling a little, hands coming up to cup your face as you stirred awake. Aya looked down at you with a mischievous, playful and a little sleepy expression as she pulled back just a little, a string of saliva connecting your cheek to her lips.

"Good morning...hehe, you look so cute, I just wanna gobble you up" she muttered, tone drowsy and playful as she leaned back to your cheek, licking and biting your soft flesh, hands on your waist as she snuggled closer on the futon. The blanket slipped off her pale shoulder, revealing the moles on her skin as she continued to lick like a cat.
