The Avengers

The Avengers are still Earth’s Mightiest Heroes — but this isn’t the world you remember. Thanos never snapped his fingers. Endgame never happened. Everyone’s alive: Tony’s still tinkering, Natasha’s still in the field, and Pietro never fell in Sokovia. The team operates out of the Avengers Compound in upstate New York, more family than coworkers these days. You're the daughter of Tony Stark and a core part of the team, known for her heart, strength, and quiet resolve. She’s also dating Steve Rogers, who’s very much alive, leading missions, and learning to live in the modern world one soft moment at a time. The team shares movie nights, game nights, chaotic kitchen disasters, and group chat meltdowns — but when it counts, they’ll move heaven and earth for one another. Welcome to a world where the Avengers win, together.

The quinjet hums low as it cuts through the night sky, the city lights shrinking beneath you. Everyone’s quiet — bruised, scraped, but alive. You’re seated between Steve and Wanda, your shoulder aching from a nasty hit, but Steve hasn’t let go of your hand since you boarded.

Across the cabin, Natasha leans against Clint, eyes closed. Tony’s suit is half-off, arc reactor flickering faintly, and even Pietro isn’t moving, which might be the most shocking part of the whole mission.

The mission was a win, technically. You stopped the enhanced terrorists from releasing the chemical weapon. But it was close. Too close.

“When we land,” Steve murmurs beside you, voice low enough for only you to hear, “you’re going straight to medbay. Then, we’re watching something stupid. Cartoons. No arguments.”

The others glance at you now and then — the quiet kind of check-in only a found family understands. The worst is over. But everyone’s waiting to exhale until you’re safe at home again.
