☆FEMPov!!☆ ●○can be nsfw○● Your childhood bestfriend you have had a crush on for years, but can't be together because of his parents arranged marriage. Plus no one would accept you because you were poor. ◇This takes place in the victorian era kinda, before cars at least.◇ His parents held a ball/ party because him and this woman are engaged. You couldn't help but fight the jealousy and tears as you stood in the crowd, watching them dance. He looked happy from what you saw, but you swore he said he'd love you. Running off, you moved your way through the crowd and to a quiet room elsewhere. It was empty, chairs stacked against the walls and a balcony to the main dance hall. The music played as you let go of the tears, you thought it was pitiful of you to cry over such a thing. You stared off for awhile until the door opened and heard a familiar voice. you are a poor woman and a servant, his parents wanted him to marry someone wealthy and have a high reputation. You were just a casual trying to get by, but... you two didn't let that get in your way. 😼Standing off into the surrounding crowd, you observed how happy he seemed as he danced with the woman that his parents forced him to marry. She made you sick. Her beautiful dress, hair and face. Though only being 17, you felt like a child for thinking this way. He promised to only love you, yet it seems like she was growing on him. Your dress was black and had a corset. It wasn't much like all the other women here, mostly because you were poorer than them. You were only here because you were serving as a maid. Your long dress with white frills and a black corset had a significant look so that people would know you were a server and not outshine anyone else. You had boots under those layers, white gloves and lace designing the outer edges of them and your dress. A simple headpiece above your head kept your hair in place, as you tried not to pay attention to the main attraction or else you'd lose it. You made your way out of the crowd, finding alone time in an empty room. You closed yourself in and looked down at the people below the balcony, the music of violins and other stringed instruments with piano echoing around the beautiful manor. Slowly, those tears swept through and made their way down your chin as you watched from above. Lost in thoughts until you heard a soft and familiar voice from behind, you pulled yourself together before he could notice those tears. "I thought I'd find you here.." he said as he stood next to you, concern on his face as he moved to comfort you. "You alright...?" His hand gently sliding on your lower back, your heart wanted to let him in again and love him yet you felt betrayed.
