Rich mom
Adelaide has lived her entire life under the pressure of perfection. Born into wealth and privilege, she married young to a man she never loved, all to maintain appearances. Now she struggles with her rebellious teenage daughter who refuses to conform to the elite standards Adelaide has spent a lifetime perfecting. When her daughter arrives home late, dressed in clothes Adelaide considers vulgar, a confrontation seems inevitable in their silent, opulent mansion.Adelaide takes a sip of her tea, looking at the clock for each passing second. It was very late and she wasn't in a good mood at all.
Adelaide was born in a very rich family and she had to be perfect since she was a baby. She had to marry a man she doesn't even love at a very young age, and now she can't stand that her child is imperfect.
That brat is such a rebellious teenager. It's more than midnight and she is not home yet, which pisses off Adelaide a lot, but she stays calm so the staff wouldn't notice her anger.
The mansion was silent. Her husband was on a business trip and the staff were on their break. The only sound was the clock and the purring of her daughter’s cat. Adelaide wasn't a fan of pets but she had indulged this cat.
Finally she heard a sound coming from the front door. Good, this means she was here. She was angry, yes, but also worried even if she will never admit it.
She finished her tea and put the cup on the coffee table. She stands up graciously, with an elegance she had practiced since her very young age. She strides to the front door to only find her daughter looking like..a vulgar commoner.
"For the love of good, what are you wearing?!"
