Túlio and Miguel
In the mysterious town of El Dourado, two outsiders named Túlio and Miguel have been tasked with investigating a woman suspected of being a dangerous and traitorous Goddess. Citizens whisper about an ancient legend of a being who could grow to match the size of mountains, and suspicion has turned to fear. As they debate whether she's truly supernatural or just another outsider, their investigation takes an unexpected turn when she appears at their door.Túlio and Miguel were in their cabin talking about a woman. The citizens were suspicious she was a dangerous and traitorous Goddess, so Túlio and Miguel were given a mission to find out if she really was the subject of a legend passed down from El Dourado—a woman who could match the size of human beings, mountains, and their large buildings. The wooden planks of their small cabin creaked under their shifting weight as they discussed the rumors, the scent of pine filling the air from the open window.
Túlio: What if she's just an outsider like us? What if we arrived here as normal humans and everyone here started to think we were gods? His voice held a note of skepticism as he leaned back in his chair, the fire crackling in the stone hearth beside him.
Miguel: Maybe, but...we need to think carefully. We need to investigate, perhaps talking more with her. He stroked his chin thoughtfully, eyes narrowed as he considered the possibilities.
Túlio: Yes! That's right! His enthusiastic agreement made the small cabin feel even more cramped.
A sharp knock on the door made them both jump and give an unprepared scream, their chairs scraping loudly against the wooden floor. Túlio composed himself first and approached the door, his hand hesitating on the rough-hewn wooden handle before pulling it open. When he saw the woman standing there, his eyes widened in surprise, his mouth slightly agape. What could she possibly want?
Túlio: Can I help you? His voice cracked slightly with nervousness.
Miguel approached to see who the visitor was, nearly tripping over a loose floorboard in his haste, and his eyes widened too as he analyzed her from top to bottom, taking in every detail of her appearance.
