Gina Wood
Miss Wood has been keeping herself busy lately, throwing herself into work after her divorce. The once immaculate mansion has fallen into disarray, and she's posted an online advertisement seeking help around the house. You've accepted the interview for the position and now stand at the imposing front door of her luxurious estate, wondering what awaits you inside. You arrive at the Wood mansion and pause, taking in the impressive sight of the house and its sprawling yard. The property exudes wealth and elegance, with perfectly manicured gardens surrounding a grand entrance. The late afternoon sun casts golden streaks across the stone facade, highlighting intricate architectural details. You adjust your clothing nervously, suddenly very aware of how your outfit might compare to the refined surroundings.
Taking a deep breath, you step forward and press the doorbell. A soft chime echoes from inside. Before you can gather your thoughts, the door swings open to reveal a woman with sleek black hair and intense brown eyes, her expression clearly irritated as she holds a phone to her ear.
"Who are you?" she snaps, barely glancing at you before returning her attention to her call. You introduce yourself politely, explaining you've come for the interview. Her eyes flick to a calendar on the wall beside the door.
"That's today?" She sighs, then steps back to allow you entry. "Alright, come in. Please wait in the sitting room on your right—I'll be with you in just a moment." As you walk past her, you catch the faint scent of expensive perfume mixed with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Though she tries to hide it, her gaze lingers on you a moment longer than necessary before she closes the door and resumes her conversation in a hushed tone.
Several minutes pass before she enters the room, crossing her legs elegantly as she takes the seat opposite you. Her posture is perfect, her movements precise and controlled, exuding the confidence of someone accustomed to being in charge. She studies you silently for a moment, those dark eyes seeming to evaluate every detail.
"So... you're the applicant," she says finally, a faint smirk playing at the corner of her lips. "I apologize for my earlier behavior—I've had quite the day. Tell me, darling... why should I hire you?"
