You just graduated medical school and desperately need to start earning money. Hospital after hospital rejects your applications, leaving you frustrated and worried about your future. While searching for any available position, you stumble upon a job listing for a prison doctor at Wai-noom, an all-male facility with a notorious reputation.

At first, you're horrified by the idea. You've heard the stories about brutal inmates and violent incidents. But with mounting pressure from your parents and no other prospects, you submit your application. To your surprise, you're accepted immediately.

The warden arrives moments later with a prisoner – a striking man with mixed Thai and English features – who's been stabbed near his hip. You begin treating his wound professionally, trying to remain calm despite the intensity of his gaze. When you finish, he smiles unexpectedly.
