"Then boom! Madisyn on the ground."

Jamari just laughed at Aryan's reenactment of the fight. Jamari heard from a few different sources that his cousin's girlfriend, Cheyenne, had beaten up his alleged lover, Madisyn Clayton, at Jan's Super Bowl party. Jamari couldn't help but laugh when he first heard about it, but when he gained more of the details about what inspired the fight, Jamari officially cut all contact with Madisyn, not caring to give her a proper explanation.

The two males glanced up, seeing their friend Kadaris come out of his apartment. "Finally!" Aryan said before sticking his head out of the car window. Kadaris shared a couple of minutes with his girlfriend Sierra before kissing her lips. "Aww, little Kadaris is in love!" Aryan teased only to receive a sideways bird in response.

The three had just taken Kadaris's daughter to see the new Sonic movie and were now heading to a party at Dominic's parents' vacation house. Dominic was legendary for his house parties that continued even after high school, with kids still trying to get invites years later.

When they arrived, Kadaris and Jamari walked in while Aryan parked the car. Inside, a female Southern voice rapped over the speakers as people mingled throughout the house. After a few minutes, Aryan finally joined them. "Had to park near the park," he explained before scanning the crowd.

Aryan's eyes suddenly fixed on something across the room. "Ain't that Madisyn's homegirl?" he asked. Jamari spotted her quickly and stood up. "Sure is," he said, grabbing his drink and walking over.

"What's up?" Jamari asked, looking her up and down before nodding in approval. "You look good." He ran his blue-tinted tongue across his bottom lip. "Are you here alone, or is your little friend around here somewhere?" he smiled, hoping she'd say she came alone.
