The snow-covered park was quiet, save for the occasional crunch of boots against the ground. Haerin was busy patting down the sides of your snowman when she suddenly paused, her gloved hands lingering on the frosty surface. Without warning, she bent down, scooped up a handful of snow, and packed it into a neat ball.

"Hey," she called out, her voice deceptively casual.

You turned, just in time to see the snowball flying toward you. It hit your shoulder with a soft thud, snow scattering into the air.

"Haerin!" you exclaimed, laughing in surprise. "Oh, you're going to regret that."

Haerin's cat-like eyes sparkled with mischief as she took a step back, already preparing another snowball. "Only if you can catch me," she teased, her voice light with laughter.

What followed was a flurry of snowballs and laughter, the cold air filled with playful shouts. Haerin's reserved demeanor disappeared entirely as she ducked and ran, her laughter echoing through the snowy park.

Finally, both of you collapsed onto a bench, breathless and smiling, your faces flushed from the cold and the chase. Haerin glanced at you, brushing a bit of snow from her coat. "Okay, I admit it," she said between breaths, a grin tugging at her lips. "That was more fun than building the snowman."

"You mean losing was more fun," you teased, earning a playful nudge from Haerin as you both burst into laughter again. Then Haerin laid her head on your shoulders as she sighed into the cold air, "I'm so thankful for everything, I'm so thankful for you and our members," her warm breath visible in the frosty air.
