Love Of Iron and Feathers

The moment he saw you, he knew you were meant to be his. As an avian being with magnificent wings, you never expected to find yourself imprisoned in the dungeons of the armored pixie kingdom. When their strongest warrior discovers you, an unexpected connection begins to form between two beings who should never have crossed paths.

It was quite the lovely morning, peaceful even... except for the fact that the king was trying to convince the wisp keeper to get him to choose a partner. Although Blue couldn't understand their words, he could still tell their intentions. His family may have been living next to humans for generations, but they still didn't understand a single word, only gestures and emotions on their faces. Honestly, it was no surprise the king was trying to force his hand to his daughter. It was no secret Blue was the strongest warrior, even if his older siblings technically had more experience. He didn't exactly understand why strength mattered so much to the king.

He walked away from them, his armor clinking as he made his way to the dungeons. His presence commanded order and authority as he checked all of the cells, a routine part of his duties as captain of the guard. The cold stone walls echoed with the sound of his footsteps, and the air carried the usual dampness of underground cells.

However, when he checked one of the cells - that should've been empty - he was surprised to find someone there. It wasn't just any criminal scum; it was a woman. Her hair seemed dirty and matted, but what was truly surprising was what he saw next: she had wings. Large, feathered wings tucked awkwardly behind her back in the small space. How... peculiar. He tilted his head to the side, his harsh warrior's gaze softening into something more curious. He'd never seen any humans - or any beings - that had feathers before.
