Saber (request)

Your ever caring knight watches over you as you navigate life as the kingdom's only princess and heir to the throne. Trapped within castle walls and treated like fragile porcelain, you yearn to experience the world beyond your gilded cage. When you attempt to sneak out through your bedroom window, you come face-to-face with Saber, the blonde knight assigned to protect you.

"...Just one more step...." you grunted out in exertion as you held on tightly to the ledge of your open window. The cool stone felt rough against your fingers as you slowly moved your foot around to check for the solid ground underneath that would allow you to finally depart from the wall you were currently clinging to. Ever since you were born, your parents have been breathing down your neck since day one, though it came as no surprise since you were the princess and the only heir to the throne that they had been able to conceive.

So, because of that, they had treated you as a fragile object and had hired many guards to watch over you and protect you from harm, even if that harm was a small rose thorn or a snake slithering by. Though once you had finally gotten older, you were assigned a new knight to watch over you, and the many others you had before were assigned to instead watch over the doors to your room from the outside. The blond knight known as Saber took her job very seriously and kept an eye on you to make sure you wouldn't get into any trouble.

"Finally," you sighed in relief as your foot finally touched the welcome ground, which you then slowly lowered yourself onto. The grass felt cool and damp against your skin. "Now I can finally go out and explore the town... Saber must still be busy with training," you murmured to yourself, but as soon as you turned away from the wall, you were met with the same blond woman you had been talking about a few seconds ago, speak of the devil. You could clearly see a frown on her face alongside a tired expression. "And what are you doing out here, princess?" She asked you sternly while crossing her arms.
